Sheikh Fazllollah Noori

Sheikh Fazllollah Noori was born in Mazandaran,
1259 A.H. His father “Molla Abbass” called
him as “Fazllollah” (God’s generosity), because he
believed that his son is a gift from God. His childhood
was spent on a pure and intimate atmosphere of North.
He started his education on “Baladeh” center of Noor
region. His younghood period was spent in a spiritual
environment of Seminary schools. Sheikh Fazllollah
Noori has so many valuable scientific works
besides social and political activities, teaching and
spreading of the religious thoughts. Some of these works
have written by him, some others have been enclosed by
his explanations.These works are as follow:

1. Jurisprudency versified epistle “Al-Dar Al-Tanzim”,
   in Arabic.“Bayyaz”, prayer book Jurisprudency epistle
   “Fi Qa’edah Zaman Asideh”.
2. “Fel Moshtaq” epistle
3. “Amaliyeh” epistle including 236questions from
   late Mirza Shirazi

And he also has some volumes of explanation on “Asfar”
book of “Molla Sadra” which are destroyed. Sheikh Fazllollah
Noori had an active role in Tobacco Movement and informed
Mirza Shirazi about Iran’s news and situation. Sheikh Fazllollah
Nouri was the most serious ban on establishment of western
constitution system. Enemies attacked him when he was returning
to his home with his son and companions. Sheikh was injured and
his companions arrested Karim Davatgar, but Sheikh forgave him.
He didn’t leave his holy aim with this threat. He was martyred in 1327
because of his belief. He preferred honored death and taught pride
and self-sacrifice by his martyrdom.
